Our policy is 14 days. Unfortunately, we CAN NOT offer you a refund or exchange if 14 days have gone by since you received your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it avid with the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned if they have been opened. We do not accept e-juice, tanks, atomizers, or drip tips, due to the nature of the product.
To complete your return, we require your proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition; is damaged upon arrival or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. As there is always room for error, we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds or credits may take to 5 business to reflect on your account.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If after 5 business days a refund is not posted, contact your credit card company and bank to VERIFY if the refund was issued and just been posted.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Fuggin Vapor Co is not held responsible for ANY lost or stolen packages. We understand how frustrating it can be to not receive your order. Once your product has shipped, we have NO control over the carrier to ensure you receive your package. Please contact the carrier that was used to ship your order to file a claim.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to:502 NE 190th Street. Miami, FL 33179.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
We usually process and ship orders within 1 to 5 business days from Miami, Florida. Depending on stock and availability, processing times may vary. We do not ship on weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Orders are shipped via USPS. If you order more than one item, they may come in more than one package.
It is the customers responsibility to make sure the address information provided is accurate, including city, state and zip code to prevent any error or delays in shipping. Customers shipping address cannot be changed once the order has been shipped out. It is the customers responsibility to review their shipping information before order submission. Failure to provide accurate shipping information may result in a delay and additional shipping costs. Shipping to APO/FPO/DPO addresses may take up to 45 business days for delivery via USPS policy.

Canadian customers’ orders may take up to 30 business days. Please note, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, namely GST (Goods and Services Tax) and HST (Harmonized Sales Tax). In addition, a fee may be levied upon your purchase by Canada Post. These costs are not included in your overall purchase price and Fuggin Vapor is NOT held liable for any custom issues.
International customers (the recipient) is the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination of origin. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination of origin. Delivery may take up to 4-8 weeks to arrive via USPS policy. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Fuggin Vapor Co has no control over these charges, nor can Fuggin Vapor Co predict what they may be and is NOT held liable for custom issues.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Using a freight forwarder to ship or hand-carrying items internationally may result in complications not covered by Fuggin Vapor Co. Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs and/or postal authorities.
In addition, we may provide certain order, shipment, product information (such as titles to our international carriers,) and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs and/or postal authorities to facilitate customs local policies/laws. If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift," but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form. Custom authorities require the value of the gift item to be stated directly on the package.
No shipping cost will be refunded for any reason. You will receive an email with the tracking information once the order has been shipped.
