32 Celebrities Who Are Electronic Cigarette Users

February 20, 2018 1 Comment

It’s no secret that our society turns to Hollywood to identify new trends. Back in 2010, when Grey’s Anatomy actress Katherine Heigl appeared on the David Letterman Show and raved about electronic cigarettes she sparked a media frenzy pertaining to the (then) new nicotine delivery device on the market. The Internet thought she looked silly and the P.C. police condemned her for supporting a product that was not FDA approved. Still, over the past four years tons of celebrities have followed suit and made the switch from traditional cigarettes to electronic. Now, anti-smoking crusaders are outraged that so many celebrities are being photographed using ecigs. They claim that famous faces are glamorizing the product and making them look cool in the eyes of the public. But at the end of the day, these high profile people are only encouraging the rest of us to get on board with the trend and quit smoking. So in support of Hollywood’s alleged glamorization of electronic cigarettes, here’s a comprehensive list of 32 celebrities who are all about that #vapelyfe.

1. Katherine Heigl

The OG celebrity electronic cigarette user.

2. JWoww

She’s also responsible for starting the trend.

3. Britney Spears

Britney Spears

The lyrics to Queen B’s hit single “Toxic” do not apply here! On a toxicity scale, cigarettes are at 100%, wherein smokeless products like e-cigs are between 1-2%.

4. Jack Nicholson

Jack Nicholson

He can handle the truth: electronic cigarettes are here to stay.

5. Helen Flanagan

Helen Flanagan

British actress Helen Flanagan looks hella sexy vaping. She’ll continue to look this good if she keeps with it since traditional cigarettes make your teeth yellow and give you crazy wrinkles with longterm use.

6. Kevin Connolly

Kevin Connolly

The leader of the e-cig entourage?

7. Natasha Lyonne

Natasha Lyonne

Clearly, electronic cigarettes are the new black.

8. Simon Cowell

He’s about as irritable as they come so it’s a good thing he’s got an ecig on hand to calm his ass down.

9. Katy Perry

Katy Perry

She kissed an ecig and she liked it.

10. Michelle Rodriguez

Michelle Rodriguez

She was recently photographed using a vaporizer to smoke weed at the Knicks game with rumored girlfriend Cara Delevigne, so we’re not sure what she’s vaping on here - but either way, glad to see she’s a member of the ecig squad.

11. Leonardo DiCaprio

Leonardo DiCaprio

Cigarettes kill more than 480,000 people each year. Thankfully he won’t be one of them now that he’s made the switch to e-cigs.

Great Balls of Fire-less Nicotine!

19. Stephen Dorff

Another one of Blu’s spokespeople, Dorff rides the vaper wave at the beach. He won’t be able to ride that wave for much longer though, since recent smoking bans will prevent electronic cigarette users from vaping in public places like bars, restaurants, parks, and beaches. :(

20. Catherine Zeta-Jones

Catherine Zeta-Jones

Secondhand smoke can affect people up to 20 feet from the smoker, meanwhile, there is no proof yet that vapor affects anyone within a two-foot radius. Good news for CZJ and her kids.

Trace Cyrus

Even bad boys like Trace Cyrus are in favor of a healthier alternative to smoking.

22. Kyle Richards

Kyle Richards

Real Housewives know what’s up.

23. Bruno Mars

Electronic cigarettes are incredibly gentle on the lungs since they produce water vapor instead of toxic smoke, so Bruno’s voice is still powerful enough to fill huge arenas… like the Superbowl stadium.

24. Courtney Love

She actually looks sane using one of these.

25. Christina Milian

Christina Milian

Dip it low, vape it out slow, girl.

32. Norman Reedus

Norman Reedus

On average, cigarette smokers live 10 years less than non-smokers. Essentially, they are the Walking Dead. Luckily that’s not the case for Norman on both the show and in real life!
