Vaping has developed into a cuisine in and of itself. There are hundreds of flavors, and new flavors are being crafted all the time. As well, new methods and products to produce a better vaping experience are in constant development. There are several components to the vapor equipment. What we'll be discussing here will be the atomizers. In particular, RDA atomizers. RDA's (Rebuildable Dripping Atomizers) are said to produce the best all-around vaping experience.
RDA's are the cutting edge technology of vaping. As such, those who are really into vaping and finding ever better ways to do it, are raging about RDA's. The most important reasons are that they enhance the three most crucial aspects of the vaping experience:
1) "The Hit" - The hit is the inhalation, the "hit" you feel in the back of your throat. This is crucial to the vaping experience. RDA's are said to give a massive throat hit, which you can customize to your liking.
2) Flavor - Your e-liquid flavors are super-charged. You can taste them for all the true flavor they have. Another fantastic aspect of the RDA is that you can change flavors at will. With RDA's it's no issue at all, it's as easy as changing your mind. Well, almost.
3) Vapor Production - The vapor production as well is unrivaled with RDA's. This too is a mandatory aspect of the experience. To see the massive clouds of vapor billowing through the air upon exhalation gives such a sense of satisfaction. This too is customizable.
Beyond this, you've got the whole style factor. Vaping gear has become an accessory in and of itself. You are holding it in hand, moving hand to mouth, and you want it to look cool! There are vastly different styles and colors built to every taste.
Then you've the techies - those that're into the gear for the gear itself. They're into having the most rods and fins and... Well, you get the picture.
RDA's are exactly what their name implies. Rebuildable Dripping Atomizers. The fact that they are rebuildable makes them completely customizable. You build your own experience. From what I understand, the best way to go is with a mechanical mod. They are sturdy and you won't be limited in what you want to build.
There are basically 3 kinds of atomizers - simple single coil (2 posts), 3 posts, which are the most commonly used, and the less common 4-5 posts, which are generally more for the techie-type user.
From what I've gleaned, RDA's are definitely The Bomb in vaping. I am a vaper myself and currently use a regular dual coil atomizer. I'm excited to have learned about RDA's and the ways in which they enhance the vaping experience. The features which I personally am going to look for are: style - yes, it's gotta look cool, 3 posts, a good amount of holes and fins for airflow.
